Cancellation & Other Policies

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking your appointment online. This deposit secures your appointment and will be applied to your total service cost.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of your  deposit.

24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment.

Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time to allow time to change or for paperwork and consultation.

If you are up to 10 minutes late, you will be seen, but the overall length of your service will be shortened to match that time, and you will be charged for the full service! 

If you are more than 10 minutes late you will not be seen. This is a service which is booked by the time slot and arriving late throws off my entire schedule.
